FAQ
Questions people actually ask
If yours is not here, just ask.
-
I have never trained before. Is that a problem?
It is genuinely easier. Beginners progress quickly and there are no bad habits to unpick. Years of coaching international guests who had never touched a barbell means the first sessions are built for exactly this.
-
Do I have to be fit before I start?
No. That is like tidying up before the cleaner arrives. We start from wherever you are — the assessment exists to find that point accurately.
-
What actually happens in the free intro session?
About thirty minutes: your history and goal, any injuries or medical considerations, a basic movement screen, and an honest view of what your goal will realistically take. You get a recommendation at the end and you are free to walk away.
-
Which language will we train in?
Hungarian, Romanian or English — whichever you think in. Technique cues land better in your own language.
-
Can you help with nutrition as well as training?
Yes, and this is deliberate. I am a certified nutritionist as well as a trainer, so training and eating are planned as one thing instead of by two people who never talk. I do not provide clinical dietetic treatment for diagnosed conditions — that needs a registered dietitian, and I will say so if it applies to you.
-
Will you put me on a strict diet?
No. Plans that ban foods work until they collapse. We adjust what you already eat in steps you can keep, which is slower on paper and considerably faster in reality.
-
How quickly will I see results?
Strength and how you feel usually shift within three to four weeks. Visible changes in body composition take longer and depend on where you start, how consistent you are, and your sleep. Anyone giving you a guaranteed number in kilograms is guessing.
-
I am injured or recovering from something. Can I still train?
Often yes, and training is frequently part of rehabilitation — but not against medical advice. Bring your physiotherapist or doctor's guidance and we work inside it. Where it needs clinical oversight I will tell you rather than improvise.
-
What if I travel a lot?
Then online coaching probably suits you better than a fixed weekly slot. It was built for exactly that, and I train through travel myself.
-
How do I cancel or move a session?
Use the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours the session counts as used, because the time was held for you.
-
Are the online tools really free?
Yes, with no account and no sign-up. They run in your browser and save to your own device — I never receive the data. They exist because good European-oriented tools are rare, and because they make the coaching conversation better.
